Each deal in private lending is unique, and due to that fact, we price our deal to best meet the needs of the Broker, Borrower and Investor.   We don't use a rate sheet, but almost never re-price a loan unless there is a large change to the structure during the loan process.  Feel confident that the rate and fees offered up front will be the rate and fees at closing.
